If you haven't been participating regularily in a fitness plan for 2 or more months this is the place to start :) even if you have been previously very fit, the body loses aerobic condition after just 2 weeks and strength after 4-6. BUT the good news is- the body remembers this and is easier to get back! If you haven't previously been a regular exerciser don't worry- this is the perfect place to start! I am also taking this journey with you and our goals are in sight :D
