LEVEL 1
LETS START TOGETHER

If you haven't been participating regularily in a fitness plan for 2 or more months this is the place to start :) even if you have been previously very fit, the body loses aerobic condition after just 2 weeks and strength after 4-6. BUT the good news is- the body remembers this and is easier to get back! If you haven't previously been a regular exerciser don't worry- this is the perfect place to start!

LEVEL 2
I'VE BEEN KEEPING FIT

Fantastic that you have been keeping fit! These workouts are slightly more challenging and going to give you a bit more of a sweat up! We will increase the intensity and duration of the workouts as we build up as the the workouts progress so stick to your own pace but try and push yourselves to do that little bit extra!
