Bootcamp is all about making YOU, your best! This 50 minute group fitness class is full of variety to make sure your motivation stays high all year long! Every single session is different as we use a wide range of functional movements and exercises. But don't be scared- every exercise we do has modifications for everyone from absolute beginners to elite athletes. so that you are able to work at your own pace in an awesome group! Bootcamps` small groups of 4-10 people, make sure that you will get individual attention to make every exercise as safe, effective and challenging as possible!
